No, no, no! written about Thrifty by Asher Mendelssohn
Terrible customer service. Dirty car filled with dents and scratches that took nearly 45 minutes to accurately report. And even after all that I end up getting charged with a damage claim. 3 calls to customer service and no resolution yet!
I would not recommend.
