Bottom Line:

We like Thirfty’s website and many customers are impressed with their booking and drop-off options, but that’s where the niceties stop. There are numerous reports of being over-charged and under-appreciated. Maybe the company shouldn’t be so “thrifty” with how much they pay their employees. See what we did there?
