Bottom Line:
It’s a tough call on how to evaluate Hertz. First and foremost, know that you’re going to pay a lot to rent from them because of their “brand name” and higher quality inventory. The complaints about Hertz tend to be that the customer service at the counter is friendly, but if you really need help the management treats you more like a number and less like a customer. Unfortunately with lots of hidden and late charges, you’re probably going to have to deal with management at some point. Good luck.
