Bottom Line:

The largest rental car company in North America, they are infamous for two things: “picking you up” and “damage scams”. Many people claimed to have seen damage on their cars before renting them but were told not to worry about that by the associate. Upon return they are charged for the same damage that wasn’t a problem before. Make sure to take pictures of any and all damage you see on the car before leaving the lot!
