The company says that “the foundation of Dollar Rent A Car is built on a philosophy of exceptional customer service.” Yet nearly every review we’ve read about this company involves unprofessional or questionable service. Add on top of that complaints about gas charges, long-term rental nightmares and clueless managers. Sure, you might save $15 or $20 off your rental charge over the nearest competitor - but is it worth it?
